Biography

Jim Moldow has 40 years of experience in the public relations, social media, publishing and video industries, and more than 29 years experience offering broadcast public relations solutions for DWJ Television, On The Scene Productions, WestGlen Communications, Vidicom, and A-1 Broadcast. Moldow Communications LLC was founded in 2010 and operated until 2016, and was relaunched in 2019. 

Moldow utilizes expertise in business development, revenue expansion and executive leadership, to achieve milestones and ensure complete project fulfillment. From start to finish, Moldow is involved in amplifying revenue through selling solo media tours and co-op SMTs. Moldow leads highly capable teams, develops clear timelines, navigates contract negotiations, and solves complex problems.

He has been on highly-qualified, cross-functional teams and has experience interfacing with brands and agencies in order to foster communication and connection between all parties involved in a given project. You can expect 100% transparency, smooth communication, and project results.

From 1989 to 1995, he sold print advertising for Crain Communications' Electronic Media, a weekly broadcast industry trade newspaper.  While at EM, Moldow was responsible for sponsorship sales in the "RTNDA News" television show, produced annually for the Radio-TV News Directors Association convention.  Clients included Mobil, MCI, New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, CBS News, BellSouth, Amtrak, and others. Other responsibilities included technical support and handling satellite feeds.   

Prior to joining EM, he sold video and satellite distribution services for Westinghouse Broadcasting.

Moldow holds a BA in Journalism from New York University.
